China Orders State Agencies Off Windows and Onto Linux
China's state-security apparatus reportedly ordered some state-linked organizations to remove the government edition of Windows 10 and migrate to domestic Linux distributions such as Kylin and UOS, framed as cutting dependence on US technology.
