Kagoshima's Foreign Workforce Quadrupled and Japan Argued About Wages
Kagoshima Prefecture now has roughly 16,000 foreign workers, four times the figure ten years ago, in a prefecture whose population has fallen below 1.5 million. Japanese boards argued the same day about a Spanish video testing people who said they would host a migrant, and about who now staffs the convenience stores.
